Account and plan
Your Fincanva account and your plan are managed in Settings, opened from the account menu, one page per job; its Simulation defaults page belongs to Backtesting. In the app these are its pages: touch one.
Account and plan in the app: Profile, Access and security, Notifications, Plan and usage, Payments and invoices, Privacy and data — each is a group below.
Profile
Your name, the email you sign in with — a new address is confirmed through a link sent to your current one — your language, your theme and how you build strategies.
Access and security
Your password, two-factor authentication, the Google account you sign in with and the browsers signed in to your account.
Notifications
Where Fincanva's emails arrive, the two kinds you can switch off, and the ones that always arrive.

Plan and usage
The plan you hold and what it includes; the one 30-day trial of a paid plan every account gets, which starts by itself with no card; what you use against your plan's limits; and what happens to a strategy your plan does not cover — it is set aside until it fits again, because a plan change never deletes what you built.
Guides7
- What each plan includes6 MINFincanva's plans — Free, Starter, Advanced and Ultimate — compared table by table, every figure, tick and price read from the source the app enforces and the pricing page prints.
- The 30-day trial7 MINEvery Fincanva account gets one 30-day trial of a paid plan that starts by itself — no checkout, no card — and with no card, day 31 puts you on Free and charges nothing.
- See how much of your plan you use from the sidebar3 MINThe plan tile, in the sidebar above your account, names your plan and keeps the count of the strategies you follow Live in view; pressing it opens the list of them.
- What Settings → Plan and usage tells you6 MINSettings → Plan and usage is where your plan lives: the plan you hold and where it sits among Fincanva's plans, what you use against the limits it really sets, your subscription, and what each plan includes.
- Bring a set-aside strategy back into your plan7 MINA strategy your plan does not cover is set aside, never deleted: open it, read which limit it crosses, and either correct its settings or move to a plan that covers it.
- Create or copy a strategy when your plan is full4 MINFincanva never lets you create beyond your plan: making, duplicating, copying or combining a strategy asks the plan first, and is refused before anything is created when the result would not be covered.
- How to read your plan5 MINYour plan lives on Settings → Plan and usage, where Your subscription says in one dated sentence where your subscription stands and carries the actions to change, cancel or restore it.
Payments and invoices
Your payment method, the billing details printed on your invoices, your invoices, and what happens when a payment fails.

- What happens if a payment fails5 MINWhen a payment fails your access does not stop: Fincanva keeps everything your plan covers while the payment is retried, shows a notice on every page until it clears, and you resolve it by updating your payment method.
- How to get an invoice with your tax details6 MINTick I need an invoice with my tax details under Tax details on Settings → Payments and invoices and fill in what your address country needs; in Italy the electronic invoice then arrives through the Sistema di Interscambio.
Privacy and data
Cookie consent, the Terms you accept to use Fincanva, and deleting your account.
Guides2
- How cookie consent works on Fincanva4 MINFincanva asks for your consent to optional cookies through a banner run by Iubenda, with every optional purpose switched off until you switch it on — the same for every visitor in every country — and you can change your answer at any time.
- Why Fincanva asks you to accept the Terms6 MINFincanva creates no account, and lets no account into the app, without a recorded acceptance of the current Terms: you give it by continuing on the sign-in page, whose line under the buttons says so, and again, by ticking a box, only when a new version is published.
